Yah, its been forever since I posted last. I think this is the longest I've ever gone without posting. Trust me, I will not try and break that record. I'm a little sick. No fever or anything just a cough and a voice that sounds worse than Darth Vadors. I missed school yesterday and today cause I can hardly talk and I have this pressing headache that hurts whenever I look anywhere with my eyes besides straight ahead. So I feel crummy but that dosn't mean I can't type.
I want to talk about enemies. We all have that person who just buggs us to high heaven, we may not consider them an enemy but they get on your nerves and make you mad. Do you have a person in mind? Good. So how often do you give that person the joy of you getting mad at them and yelling and letting it get to you? How often do you come back at them with a sly remark? If you think you are going to hurt their feeling or something you're not. Trust me, they get much happiness out of seeing you flip-out and go out trying to get revenge on them. So think about this-
Romans 12:20-21:
Therefore "if your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in doing so you will heap coals of fire on his head.
21. Do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good."
As you can see, we are to love all those people who get on our nerves. Come'on. You know how this works, you've been there, you're annoying someone and they ignore you and do something nice for you, its not fun anymore and you start feeling pretty bad. But then there is that person who will get all mad and you feel so triumphant inside. So apply that to what others feel, like it says "you will heap coals of fire on his head." kinda comforting in a way. But thats not the right mindset, you should treat them kindly because God commands us to and because, yes you know it, you love them.
