So, I was being stupid and I wacked my knee on a metal chair. I'm on crutches and a knee immobilizer. It's super uncomfortable. My parents were gone to California all week and my mom led a Bible study for whole bunch of women. She did great! My Uncle, who needs the liver transplant will have all the tests done for the transpant on April 12. My dad is pretty much all healed and even went on a bike ride yesterday. I didn't get to go of couse, it would be a little difficult to ride a bike and not bend your leg. My cousin who is in the Marine Corps, is on his way by ship to Singapore and then to Iraq. All the people mentioned above would be greatly blessed if you would keep them in your prayers(including me!).

I hope you heal soon too - especially for Track season. Just hold your dreams with an open hand - God knows you and what you need :) It will all work out.
Ya, I think my track career for JH is over. But God does have a reason for this. Love ya!
