I wanted to throw out a reminder on the importance of prayer. I know sometimes when you pray for something for a long time it can be easy to give up or lose faith, but don't! I just had an opportunity open up for me that has been an answer to my prayers of a long time. I had begun to think that I would never even have a chance to do the thing I wanted, I had ideas of what I could do but none of them measured to the way God answered my prayer. This opportunity actually combines two of my dreams into one SUPER dream (hopefully) come true. Just the fact that He opened this door brought me to my knees, now I just pray that it will all work out. I'm not going into specifics, but if you would pray God's will be done in this situation that would be great.
Prayer is a powerful thing and the way we can communicate with our Lord. Unlike other "gods" that people worship, our One true God listens to our petitions and works all things out according to His perfect will. God has promised His children prosperity, but it often comes in ways we couldn't ever imagine. So keep praying fervently to God and let Him do the rest.

How apt we are to do everything we think of, and *then* try prayer, thinking it's a last resort, when it's our most powerful tool! I do this ALL the time
